Such productions as Pirates of The Caribbean, The Matrix, Inception, Storm Chasers, Harry Potter, and a host of other movies, which required a lot of greenscreen and special effects, are accomplished with the aid of DaVinci Resolve.

I use several editing a production programs to complete each video. Primary are;
DaVinci Resolve - The No. 1 video and movie editing program in the Entertainment Industry.
Voice Mod - A voice modulation program to add different character/actor voices.
OBS Studio - One of the best Desktop Recording programs on the market.
Affinity - A fantastic image creation and editing program.
Each of these are Industry Standard, Best of The Best, yet only one of them cost me any money, Voice Mod at $40 lifetime licensing. What does that mean? I don't have those costs to pass on to my clients.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Well, there really isn't such a thing as returning a video. I operate on a Pay-As-We-Go, or 50/50 payment system. Once a client pays for the completed product, it's like any other service, no way to return it.
Any first payments can be refunded if you just hate the initial work, and don't want to continue with me. Once any additional payments are made, services have been rendered and accepted. Only first payments are subject to a refund for a myriad of viable reasons.
SHIPPING INFO
Videos, even shorts, are too large for email. I make use of a Dropbox account where I can deliver videos during editing and production, and the final cut you approve.
COSTS
Every project can be different, requiring different skill levels, time, and down to the single frame editing and timing of transitions and sounds. Templated designs are usually a couple hundred bucks. Custom productions are a purely negotiation pricing level, dependent upon the complexity you require.
